Led the end-to-end development of a comprehensive Leadership Mentorship Program designed to foster professional growth and cross-functional collaboration among emerging leaders. Oversaw the rebranding and instructional redesign of digital training assets following Altera Health's acquisition by Harris Corporation. Led the transformation of eLearning modules, PowerPoint presentations, and job aids to reflect Harris brand standards, while preserving Altera’s unique identity within the healthcare ecosystem. Utilized Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite to revise interactive training content, ensuring brand compliance, learner engagement, and instructional clarity. Collaborated with marketing, compliance, and training teams to maintain consistency across platforms and deliver a seamless brand transition across all internal and external educational materials.
Designed and delivered end-to-end learning solutions for DaVita University’s Clinical Learning Design & Development team, supporting both clinical and IT initiatives. Developed high-impact eLearning, blended learning, and virtual instructor-led training (VILT) using tools like Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite. Created engaging video content, interactive webinars, quick reference guides (QRGs), and internal presentations to support nationwide clinical and system training programs. Played a key role in the transition from Falcon Physician to Epic’s CKD EHR platform by crafting targeted training that drove adoption and workflow efficiency. Actively managed Zendesk support tickets, contributed to LMS administration, and oversaw digital learning initiatives. Volunteered on cross-functional committees supporting both DaVita IT and DaVita University to enhance collaboration, innovation, and culture. Led and supported project management tasks across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and learner needs.
Served as a key contributor in the Sales Enablement team, where I designed and implemented a wide range of training initiatives to support sales performance and career development. Led the creation and management of the Pax8 Sales Enablement SharePoint site, ensuring intuitive access to resources, job aids, and updates. Spearheaded the development and deployment of an Azure-based chatbot and supported the rollout of WalkMe for real-time learning in the flow of work. Authored the comprehensive onboarding manual for new sales hires, contributed to the successful implementation of Docebo LMS, and built structured sales career pathways that reduced turnover and improved employee satisfaction. Created targeted sales playbooks, training videos, and interactive eLearning modules in Adobe Captivate that significantly increased onboarding efficiency and sales knowledge retention.
Started as a Corporate Trainer responsible for onboarding new hires across classes of 20–50 participants. Designed and facilitated engaging training experiences that included custom new hire materials, gamified activities, and technical walkthroughs for proprietary systems and platforms. Coached trainees throughout onboarding, monitored performance metrics, and provided targeted uptraining as needed. Supported organization-wide software rollouts, including Salesforce and in-house sales applications, by leading training sessions across multiple departments. Partnered with business analysts to deliver change management communications and system education. Promoted to Sales Trainer for Extended Service Plans (ESP), where I conducted insurance sales training, tracked KPIs and sales performance, and supported hiring, onboarding, HR documentation, performance coaching, and employee terminations. Led a team of 10 technical support agents responsible for resolving IT-related issues via Zendesk ticketing and live calls. Monitored team performance using KPIs and identified trends in recurring technical issues that could impact business operations. Developed and delivered targeted training programs—ranging from small-group coaching to center-wide sessions—to address large-scale tech concerns and improve service delivery. Created job aids and documentation to support ongoing learning and process improvement.
